Summer Industrial Fellowships for Teachers

There are many ways to participate in SIFT. Commit to being an industry host for one or more teachers this summer. Sponsor the orientation, the planning workshop or the closing award luncheon, or make a one time donation to SIFT.

Anyone may donate to SIFT; parents, teachers, the public, and businesses. You may donate by using a credit card, PayPal or by check. Florida SIFT, Inc., was incorporated in November 1990 as a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization for the purpose of providing summer work experiences for teachers K - 12, especially for those teaching math, science and computer technology.

The goal now is to enhance awareness, knowledge, and motivation for classroom teachers in all disciplines through placement in summer jobs regardless of the level of technology or science requirement.
